SARA MOROZ
YOGA TEACHER, RHN, RYT
Sara obtained a degree in both English and Sociology from The University of Lethbridge in 2010, where she was on the Deans List and held multiple Memorial Scholarships. In 2012 she completed her training as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and has been working with clients ever since. She continues to advance her training and expertise, obtaining her Registered Yoga Teacher designation in Costa Rica (2015) and completing her Advanced Clinical Pharmacology certificate from Algonquin Collage in 2016.
Sara brings years of experience working with both injured and elite athletes, helping them reach their nutrition and wellness goals. She has been a mentor and part of the EDAW Committee for Hopewell Eating Disorder Clinic, has travelled to Tanzania to work at KARIM Orphanage with Bridges of Hope, and has worked at St. Joseph Women’s center, where she taught women how to make healthy meals with the use of their food bank donations, and also developed classes centered around meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques, specifically for individuals overcoming domestic violence, sexual assault, and other severe trauma. She is creative in terms of her approach and is extremely passionate in her desire to teach, inspire, and encourage clients to be the best possible version of themselves.
