Mitch Cork

Mitchell (Mitch) is from Peterborough, Ontario and has been working in the strength and conditioning, fitness, and rehabilitation fields for over 5 years. Mitch received his degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Mitch grew up playing competitive hockey at the AAA level and ran competitively in the 800m and 4x400 relay in high school. Mitch went on to spend over 2 years working with competitive youth and collegiate level athletes. This included time spent at McMaster University working with their varsity sports team’s. After this time Mitch gained over 4 years experience in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. His education and clinical experience have enabled him to work with various clientele populations including veterans (VAC’s), motor vehicle accidents, work-related and sport-related injuries. Outside of work Mitch enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and staying active. He is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to helping his patients achieve their goals whether it be recovering from injuries or getting back to the activities they enjoy doing.
