ANNA TARCHALA

R.KIN, BSC H.K. (HONS.)

Anna is a graduate from the University of Ottawa, receiving her Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics. She is a registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is also CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. Anna is a Functional Capacity Evaluator in Ottawa and can perform multiple day FCE's. She is passionate about using exercise and physical activity to improve quality of life in rehabilitation and chronic disease cases. She has experience in injury rehab, exercise programming and physical activity counselling. Anna has worked with MVA patients, sports injuries, and those trying to be more active in their everyday life. In her spare time Anna enjoys being outdoors, playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
