ALYSSA HART

R.KIN, BSC KIN (HONS.)

Alyssa graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is a Registered Kinesiologist through the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, and a member in good standing with the Ontario Kinesiology Alliance. She is a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator that does FCE's in Ottawa. She is also a Functional Trainer Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) . Her education and clinical experience have allowed her to work with various clientele populations, including motor vehicle accidents, veterans (VAC's), work-related injuries and sport injuries. She has experience treating various chronic diseases, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological injuries and conditions through individualized exercise prescription. She demonstrates her passion for physical activity through her love of sport and constant desire to enjoy the outdoors.
