Zach is a graduate of Dalhousie University where he received an Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology. He is a certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. As an aspiring M.D., interested in specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, his goal is to bridge the gap between the medical system and fitness industry in order to improve the quality of care and outcome for the patient. Zack draws his experiences from placements at the St. Mary’s University Athletic Therapy Clinic and Sport Medicine Clinics. He most recently worked at The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre performing clinical fitness assessments for lower body amputee patients. His experience includes injury rehab, athletic training and overall strength and conditioning.
