James Raleigh
B.Sc. (Hons.) MSc Exercise Physiology

James is a graduate of Queens University, where he received a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology. He also obtained a Master’s of Science at Queen’s University in Exercise Physiology working under the supervision of Dr. Brendon Gurd. He has extensive research and practical experience with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and sprint interval training (SIT), analysis of individual patterns of response to exercise training, and tailored exercise prescription. James currently has 3 published academic papers with several more in various stages of analysis/editing. He has experience as a session leader and trainer with the Revved Up program at Queen’s University, providing one-on-one exercise training for individuals with various physical disabilities such as ABI’s, spinal cord injuries and strokes. He has experience working with different types of injuries as well as the elderly. James leads an active lifestyle himself and enjoys helping others do the same.
